Okay, not entirely sure about buying a full Thanksgiving meal, because you have a few items you want to make yourself? Buy a la carte!
Pasta & Co sells both full sets and individual sides in a variety of sizes, and they don’t require you to buy the whole set. I still recommend calling ahead and reserving a dish, especially if you’re thinking of the super sweet and rich Sweet Potato and Carrot Puree, which is my personal craving.

You can buy the full set or you can buy it sans turkey. If you call early enough, you can probably buy individual items – but those sell out quickly.
Just let them know how many servings you need and what day you plan to pick it up. The items would be good for a day in the refrigerator, too, so you don’t have to wait until the Wednesday eve before Thanksgiving.
